The Representative for Brattleboro serves on the board of directors of Southeastern Vermont Community Action. SEVCA conducts programs which encourages persons with low incomes to take part in such matters as energy conservation, alternative energy sources, housing, prevention of child abuse, job training, nutrition and transportation. The board meets monthly on the 4th Thursday at 6pm. Dinner is at 5:30pm prior to the meeting, if interested. Meetings are held at the main office at 91 Buck Drive, in Westminster.
